Book Review

"Clever Katya" is written by Julia Donaldson. The main characters are Katya and the Czar.The story is about a clever girl by the name of Katya. One day Katya met the Czar who is the king of Russia. The Czar ask many tricky questions. Katya manage to answer all the questions and impressed the Czar. The Czar and Katya get married and live together in the palace. Katya made the Czar promise her that she can bring the thing that she like the most in the palace if she had to leave. One day, the Czar is in a very a bad mood. The Czar ask Katya to leave the palace. Katya then bring the thing she like the most which is the Czar himself . The Czar is shocked when he find himself in a chest. Katya explained to the Czar that he is the thing she like the most. The Czar and Katya live happily ever after.

My name is Nicole Tan Wen Yi. I am twelve years old this year. I study at Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Bintang Utara. I am in class 6 Bestari and my favourite subject is English. I have a small but happy family. My father's name is Tan Yau Long. He is a successful businessman. He is also a caring and understanding person. He is forty-five years old. My mother's name is Nancy Chan Lee Fong. She cooks delicous food for our family and advice everyone to stay healthy. She is forty-four years old. I have a brother too. He is fourteen years old and studies at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Bintang Utara. His hobby is using the computer. I love my family very much. My hobbies are reading and watching television. My ambition is to be a doctor or a fashion designer. My goal for 2008 is to achieve 5As in UPSR.

First Day As A Blogger

My name is Nicole Tan. Today is the 7th March 2008. I have create a blog and I have become a blogger. I also find out that being a blogger is fun and simple. I am not really a computer lover. So, I do not spend hours in front of the computer. I normally busied myself with something else like watching television and reading. Trust me being a blogger is the best thing anyone had ever done. No regrets.
